Beler Brands Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Options (Canada Only)

  • Free Shipping:
    • Orders over $300 (Ontario)
    • Orders over $400 (rest of Canada)*
      (before taxes, some exclusions apply)
  • Exclusions:
    • Free shipping does not apply to:
      • Northwest Territories
      • Extra-heavy, bulk, or extremely rural deliveries
    • For these cases, please contact us directly for a quote.
  • Delivery Method:
    • All orders are shipped via ground transportation only.
    • Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days (delays may occur during peak periods such as December).
    • Please refer to CanadaPost.ca for service updates.
    • Beler Brands is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
  • Order Processing:
    • Orders ship within 3 business days of receipt (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
    • Each order can only be shipped to one address. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • P.O. Boxes:
    • Shipments to P.O. Boxes are available but must use Canada Post Expedited service. Restrictions may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ll gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility:
    • Products purchased online at BelerBrands.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Items must be in original condition and packaging, including manuals, paperwork, or accessories.
    • Defaced or damaged items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • How to Return:
    • Returns must be shipped to our Beler Brand Management Fulfillment Centre (address below).
    • Exchanges are not available — a new order must be placed for replacement items.
    • Items purchased at retail stores (not online) cannot be returned to our warehouse.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
    • Shipping fees are refundable only if:
      • The item was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective
      • AND it was the only item on the order
    • If returning for other reasons, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Damages:
    • In the event of damage during shipping, please contact both the carrier and our Customer Service team.
    • We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method — refunds cannot be issued without proof of delivery.
  • Restrictions:
    • Hazardous materials cannot be returned by air mail due to Department of Transportation regulations.
    • COD (Cash on Delivery) returns will not be accepted.
