💳 Beler Brands Refund Policy
At Beler Brands, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. If you need to return a product, please review the following policy carefully.
1. Return Authorization
- All returns must be pre-approved by Beler Brand Management.
- To start a return, please email CustomerService@belerbrands.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 5 days of purchase.
- Items returned beyond this period may not be eligible.
3. Restocking Fee
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- This fee covers the handling, processing, and inspection of returned products.
4. Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.
- All return shipments must be prepaid.
- Beler Brand Management is not responsible for return shipping charges.
5. Inspection of Returned Products
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
- If the product is in resalable condition, a refund will be approved.
- Products that are damaged, used, or missing packaging may incur additional fees or be denied for refund.
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of returned goods.
- Refunds will equal the purchase price minus the 25% restocking fee.
7. Exclusions
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Hygiene-sensitive products
- Special orders or custom items
- Other exceptions as determined by Customer Service
- Please confirm product eligibility before initiating a return.
8. Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service immediately for assistance.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
9. Policy Updates
- Beler Brand Management reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, without prior notice.
